If you want to refund the product because of change of mind, in this case we cannot cover the return shipping cost. The buyer needs to cover shipping costs by themself. Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days of pursche date, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
For custom (size, limited edition etc) orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
